RAI Account & Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your RAI Cloud account and associated data at any time. Here's exactly how it works.
1. How to Request Deletion
You may request deletion of your RAI Cloud account and the personal data associated with it in either of the following ways:
- By Email: Send a request to info@raiishaq.online with the subject line "Account Deletion Request", from the email address registered on your account. Please include your registered business name and phone number so we can verify the request.
- In-App: If you are using the RAI Cloud application, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account and confirm the request. (If this option is not yet visible in your app version, please use the email method above.)
2. What Gets Deleted
Once your deletion request is verified, we permanently delete or irreversibly anonymise:
- Your RAI Cloud account profile and login credentials;
- Your CRM data — contacts, tags, notes and saved conversation history stored in RAI Cloud;
- Campaign, template and automation configurations created under your account; and
- Any uploaded files, media or documents linked to your account.
3. What May Not Be Immediately Deleted
- Meta/WhatsApp records: Data already processed by Meta as part of message delivery is governed by Meta's own retention policy. Disconnecting your WhatsApp Business Account from RAI Cloud does not automatically delete data held by Meta — this must be managed separately through your Meta Business Manager.
- Legal & financial records: Invoices or transaction records we are required to retain under Pakistani tax and business law may be kept for the legally mandated period, even after account deletion.
- Backups: Residual copies in secure backups are purged during our routine backup rotation cycle, typically within 30 days.
4. Timeline
We process verified deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
5. Deleting Your WhatsApp Business Data at the Source
If you would also like to remove your business's data directly from Meta's systems, you can do so via:
- Meta Business Manager — remove or disconnect your WhatsApp Business Account; or
- WhatsApp Manager — manage or delete your phone number's registration with the WhatsApp Business Platform.
